How do I pay for therapy?
Payment is due at the time of each scheduled session. I accept all major credit cards, and payments can be processed securely online for your convenience.
Do you accept insurance?
I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance at this time. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific benefits.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
What can I expect during my first therapy session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, review your goals, and begin creating a plan tailored to your needs.
