      <image:title>About - Morgan Rodgers MA, LCMHC</image:title>
<image:caption>You don't have to navigate anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or life's challenges alone. I provide a compassionate, supportive space where adolescents (ages 11+) and adults can feel understood, develop practical skills, and create meaningful change. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing therapy in a variety of clinical settings. I earned my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and have advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), and Prolonged Exposure. I specialize in helping clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, eating disorders, body image concerns, perfectionism, grief, personality-related concerns, and challenges with emotional regulation. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated by patterns they cannot seem to change. Together, we will work to understand those patterns, build effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. My approach combines compassion with practical strategies. I believe therapy should be individualized because each person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. I draw from evidence-based approaches including DBT, RO-DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based approaches, Family-Based approaches, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a treatment plan that fits your needs. For clients who desire it, I am happy to incorporate Christian faith and values into therapy while respecting each person's beliefs and personal journey. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I would be honored to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and building a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
